How to Order Security Keys

How to order security keys through New Harbor, track your orders, and understand billing.

Overview

You can order security keys directly through the New Harbor platform. Orders are fulfilled by Yubico and billed through your New Harbor Add-ons Subscription.

Prerequisites

  • Access to your organization in New Harbor (app.newharbor.co)

Placing an Order

  1. Click on your account menu (your name and email) in the bottom left of the web app

  2. Click Order Security Keys

  3. Click + New Order in the top right

  4. Enter the recipient information

  5. Choose a delivery type—delivery times and costs vary by country, quantity, and delivery type. Click the i icon next to Delivery Type for more detailed estimates.

  6. Select the quantity of each product you'd like

  7. Click Confirm to continue

  8. Review the address validation step—you may be asked to accept, reject, or override suggested changes

  9. Review the confirmation page and click Place Order

Security Key C NFC by Yubico (Black) is what we recommend for most people. If you have questions about which keys to order, reach out to [email protected].

⚠️ The subtotal shown when placing your order is an estimate. Final cost including shipping and tax is calculated once the order is processed by Yubico.

Checking Order Status

  1. Navigate to app.newharbor.co/security-keys

  2. View your list of security key orders

  3. Click on an order to see more details

  4. Once processed, you'll see the final total cost

  5. Once shipped, you'll see a delivery tracking number

Billing

Once your order has been processed and shipped, the total cost is added to your upcoming New Harbor Add-ons Subscription, which is billed on the 1st of every month.
