Overview
Confidential Mode allows users to send emails that cannot be forwarded, copied, printed, or downloaded by recipients. Emails can also be set to expire after a specified period or require the recipient to enter a passcode to open them, adding an extra layer of control over sensitive communications.
Prerequisites
Super Admin access to the Google Admin console
Instructions
Sign in to the Google Admin console
Navigate to Apps > Google Workspace > Gmail > User settings
Select the organizational unit you want to apply this setting to
Scroll to the Confidential mode section

Note: Once enabled by an admin, users can access Confidential Mode when composing an email in Gmail. Changes may take up to 24 hours to propagate to all users.
