Overview
Connecting Zoom lets New Harbor apply relevant security protections to your organization's Zoom account, like enforcing multi-factor authentication. Once connected, you can see which accounts are using the connection and disconnect it at any time.
Prerequisites
Access to your organization in New Harbor (app.newharbor.co)
Admin access to your organization's Zoom account, to authorize the connection
Connecting Zoom
Click Apps in the sidebar
Scroll to the Connect Apps section
Find Zoom in the list
Click the + icon next to it
You'll be prompted to sign in to Zoom and authorize the connection. Once authorized, Zoom moves into your list of connected apps with a status of Connected.
Note: It can take a few minutes for account and usage data to sync after connecting.
